Obverse
The 20-Piso notes has on the obverse the portrait of Manuel L. Quezon, first President of the Philippine Senate and the Commonwealth of the Philippines, seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, and scrolls with the inscriptions "Wikang Pambansa" (National Language) and "Saligang Batas " ( Constitution). President Quezon pushed for the inclusion of a provision for a national language in the Constitution, which was ratified under his watch. Reverse
The reverse shows Malacañan Palace, the official residence of Philippine presidents. President Quezon was the first Philippine president to occupy the Palace. "Dalawampung Piso" "Palasyo ng Malakanyang"
