Obverse

It features the logo of the Manila 16th SEA Games composed of the Philippine vinta and the SEA Games emblem made up of six inter-locking rings. Peripheral inscription reads MANILA XVI SOUTHEAST ASIAN GAMES and the yearmark . The Philippine mintmark is below the front portion of the vinta.

Reverse

It features the Seal of the Republic. Inscription in the upper half reads REPUBLIKA NG PILIPINAS and the denomination 150 PISO appears on the lower half.
