Note : Official Mint Records states this coin has a mintage of 58,000,000, also Mint records states that in the year 1945 there were 78,485,798 minted for the one centavo, but there is nowhere in the record states that it is dated 1945. Also there is no record that it is released or destroyed and no one centavo dated 1945 have ever been seen. In view of the extraordinary availability of 1944 S one centavo, it is most likely it is actually dated 1944. This would bring the mintage of 1944-S centavos to 136,485,798.
