Anillo Industries, Inc. of Orange, California, won an auction of token dies and other equipment of the Los Angeles Stamp and Stationery Company after it went out of business in . Anillo Industries originally planned to restrike the tokens as salesman samples but eventually sold them as a Token Set in .

Remarks

Many consider the Anillo Restrike a counterfiet or a fantasy token. As of the moment, it is included in this catalog because it is considered by many to be a manufacturer's salesman sample for promoting their products from the legally acquired token dies and equipment coming from the previous manufacturer.
