Ram Car, Incorporated commissioned Meyer and Wenthe, Chicago, USA, to make tokens for them around the early 's, but unfortunately, because of the Japanese attack on the Philippines, the company closed. The shipment of the unpaid tokens was cancelled; it is anecdotally noted by many numismatists in the 's that they were given as samples or freebies by the maker, which happened to work in turnstyles in the USA. It has therefore become a bogus token.
