Note : The second letter "E" of the word "Emergency" is misspelled with Letter "C"
Remarks : Printing Period - December 13, 1943 to January 23, 1944. Samuel J. Wilson was in charge of printing. Printing took place at Esperanza, Agusan. White Paper is used from ordinary book paper to bond paper and some bond paper has a watermark "Premier Bond". Metal plates used was brought in by USS NARWHAL submarine
