Remarks : Lt. Samuel J. Wilson was in charge of engraving and printing. Serial Number 20001 - 90000 which was in the custody of Mr. Donato Ducusin, the Provincial Treasurer of Sulu and serving as Secretary of the Mindanao Emergency Currency Board was murdered by Moros according to reports. Those note under his custody somehow manage to get in circulation making it an Illegal Issue.
