Counterfeit overprints exist on the genuine first-issue ABL Series banknote (wrong prefix and wrong seal). Some well-known counterfeit overprint prefixes on genuine banknotes include BN, CD, and EK. The counterfeit overprint does not have a hyphen between "ika" and "100" and the font is a little bit bolder. Because the counterfeit overprint diagnostic is already known, hypen is almost certainly going to be included by the next counterfeiter, so it is advised to always check the prefix of the serial number and the correct seal.
